Strengthening understanding (iii) Investigation to establish relationships: Uncovering a Mathematical Process (Math Rules) Day 6: Consolidation of the process discovered. Practice for Accuracy and Speed: A quick test to identify the gaps and support learning Day 7 to Day 9: Math Lab: Mixed Fractions, Proper Fractions, Improper Fractions and Conversions (i) What do they look like? Creating Mental Models beyond numbers (ii) Exploring Multiple Scenarios. Strengthening Understanding (iii) Investigation to establish relationships: Uncovering a Mathematical Process (Math Rules) Day 10: Consolidation of the process discovered.
